Patients are asked to arrive at their designated appointment time. If they arrive early, they must wait outside or in their car.
Adult patients are asked to come alone, while younger patients may come with a maximum of one guardian.
Patients and guardians must wear their own masks.
Patients and guardians will be asked to perform hand hygiene upon entering.
Patients will be screened and temperature checked.
Acrylic barriers are installed around the front desk.
Staff are wearing face-shields and Level 3 surgical masks.
Appointment times are staggered to maintain physical distancing.
